Combine your English study with a BTEC level 2 diploma in business from GBS. Course length depends on level of English at the start of the course.

  • Join the Level 2 Diploma in Business directly if you have a B2 level of English or above.

Business Diploma Pathway - English Path

Entry Requirements for Diploma in Business:

  • Aged 18 and above
  • English level B1+
Students can join the Diploma in Business directly if they have a level in English equivalent or superior to B1+.

What if students do not reach B1+ level after the time suggested?

English Path will teach them for free until they reach level B1+.*

*If the student attends at least 85% of classes, does all homework and participates fully in class.
  • English Lesson Times:
    • 4 | 8 | 12 | 16 weeks
    • General English AM 9.00 - PM 12.15, Monday to Friday
  • Diploma in Business (Level 2) Lesson Times:
    • 24 weeks (6 Months) 60 Credit Value
    • Class Time: Monday to Thursday
    • 9:30 AM to 2:20 PM (including breaks)

How do I know my English level?

  1. Online level test (grammar and vocabulary) - https://www.englishpath.com/english-path-initial-placement-test Please use your correct full name and email address.
  2. Writing task – once you have completed the online test please get in touch with us and we will send you the instructions for the writing task. For the writing task the candidate should spend around 15-25 minutes on the task and not use the internet or any grammar reference books.
  3. Online speaking test – 15 minutes with an academic Team member on Zoom.
