Director of Studies

We are looking for an experienced Director of Studies for German and English to lead the academic operations at English Path Berlin. This role holds overall responsibility for the delivery and quality of academic provision, overseeing the daily management, professional development, and performance of English and German language teachers. The Director of Studies will manage teacher recruitment and onboarding, course planning and coordination, placement and progress testing, as well as ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching across programmes. The role also involves providing academic support and guidance to students, maintaining academic standards, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. In addition, the Director of Studies will contribute to materials development, staff training, and the implementation of effective teaching strategies while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and welfare standards.
