Student Services Officer

As a Student Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing friendly and efficient administrative support at English Path. This customer-facing role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing student enquiries, and ensuring accommodation aligns with student needs. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager, the wider Student Services team across the UK and Ireland, and the Head of Operations to enhance service delivery, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvements in the student experience.
