Spanish Teacher

English Path is seeking an engaging and professional Spanish as a Foreign Language Teacher to join our academic team in Toronto. This role plays a vital part in delivering high‑quality language education and supporting students to achieve meaningful progress through enjoyable, effective, and well‑structured lessons.
The Spanish Teacher will be responsible for delivering impactful Spanish language classes across a range of levels, ensuring strong learner outcomes and a positive classroom experience. In addition to teaching, the role contributes to assessment, academic administration, and the wider life of the centre, supporting English Path’s commitment to excellence in education and student experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong subject knowledge, confident classroom management, and a student‑centred approach to teaching within a multicultural, international learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess Spanish language lessons aligned with course objectives and learner needs
  • Ensure learning outcomes are achieved through effective teaching and regular assessment
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records and academic documentation
  • Develop, review, and update teaching materials as required
  • Use a range of teaching methods and resources, including classroom technology and online learning tools
  • Participate in academic meetings and collaborate closely with the Centre and Academic Manager
  • Attend regular professional development sessions to support continuous improvement
  • Support additional academic or centre‑wide activities as required

What we are looking for

  • Relevant teaching licence or qualification in Spanish or languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject (Education or Spanish preferred)
  • Proven experience teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language
  • Structured yet creative approach to lesson planning and delivery
  • Experience teaching in both in‑person and online settings
  • Confidence using classroom technology in a creative and effective way
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and record‑keeping
  • Professional, reliable, and student‑focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse learner groups

We are looking for a driven and strategically minded Business Development Manager (BDM) – Central Asia to lead and expand English Path’s presence across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. This role plays a key part in strengthening our regional partnerships, driving student recruitment, and supporting our long‑term growth strategy in one of our most promising markets.
The BDM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing key agency and institutional relationships, and ensuring English Path maintains a strong and credible brand presence across the region. The ideal candidate brings a combination of commercial acumen, relationship‑building skills, and cultural sensitivity to effectively represent English Path in diverse market contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key partners, agents, and institutional stakeholders
  • Drive student recruitment volumes through proactive engagement and market activation
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
  • Represent English Path at fairs, events, and partner meetings across Central Asia
  • Ensure strong relationship management, follow‑up, and conversion pipelines
