What you’ll learn

In the Charity Volunteer Internship Placement programme, you'll develop transferable soft skills, including: 

  • Communication skills – Talking within a team and writing, e.g. social media. 

  • Confidence – By approaching people and getting a positive response.  

  • Teamwork – Key in workplaces, understanding everyone has a different skillset in customer service - this cannot be underestimated in any job.
