Dominika Comas is a dynamic and compassionate educational leader with over a decade of experience in academic programme management, operations, and student engagement across Ireland's leading institutions. Currently serving as centre manager at English Path Dublin, Dominika oversees high-performing teams and ensures the delivery of exceptional student experiences, academic quality, and operational efficiency. Her previous roles include Public Health programme manager at iheed and head of the English department at UCD International Study Centre, where she led curriculum design, cross-functional projects, and CPD initiatives. With a Master’s in English Language Teaching Studies from the University of Brighton, Dominika brings expertise in academic leadership, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and student-centered service design. She is fluent in Polish and English, and passionate about intercultural communication, educational equity, and leadership development. She loves reading and spending time in nature.
