Kristy is the Student Services Officer at English Path Birmingham. She has been working in the ELT industry from 2015 and has experience in both operational and academic areas. She has previously held roles as Teaching Director and Senior Operations Officer. She holds a BA in English from Beijing Language and Culture University and an MA in Education from the University of Birmingham. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Drawing on her personal experience as an international student in the UK, she understands the challenges international students may face when adapting to life in a new country. She believes that studying a new language abroad is a valuable and enriching experience, and she is committed to supporting students throughout their journey.
