Our Approach :
The classes use fun and interactive methods to teach vocabulary, basic grammar, and communication skills tailored to the students’ level. Children will take part in age-appropriate activities such as games, role-playing, and storytelling. The course emphasizes speaking and listening, helping students gain confidence to communicate in everyday situations in English.
Materials :
It’s well known that children learn best through play, so we tailor our materials to meet their needs by offering fun activities, songs, and colorful visual aids that introduce them to Anglo-Saxon culture. The classes use authentic materials, textbooks, and high-quality content from renowned English language publishers (Oxford, Cambridge, Pearson, Macmillan, etc.). Classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards and audiovisual tools.
Assessment :
Assessment takes place at multiple levels to ensure personalized and supportive tracking:
- Upon registration, we conduct a diagnostic assessment to determine your child’s level.
- During the course, the teacher carries out formative (ongoing) assessment by observing students and providing constructive and encouraging feedback.
- Additionally, the teacher regularly conducts summative assessments to evaluate the child's progress at the end of each term, in the form of a report card and certificate.
At the end of Primary 5, students also have the option to take the Cambridge exam, a recognized certification that rewards their efforts.
