Pre-Arrival
- The EPic experience begins from the moment you enrol.
- Meet core team members and familiarise yourself with the team and location through our online induction.
- Gain key insights into your study destination and have common questions answered before you travel
- Receive a complimentary gift of 4 weeks speaking classes at EP Online (subject to terms and conditions) to build your fluency and confidence before arrival.
- Prepare for your upcoming adventure with our pre-arrival information packs.
- This stage is designed to build excitement, alleviate concerns, and responsibly manage expectations
Arrival
- Have fun mixing with other new students and learn about our school and city during your induction.
- Be welcomed on your first day with local delicacies during the induction/orientation.
- Decide and note down 3 objectives you have for your language learning experience.
- Meet our Student Ambassadors who will look after you during your course.
- Allow our experts to place you in the most suitable class based on your abilities using our 3-stage level tests.
- Receive a welcome bag containing some free goodies.
- Take part in a guided orientation tour of the school and the local area. Some schools even offer a free tour of the city during your first week.
- Join the “Bucket List Bingo” challenge, designed to help you discover all the incredible experiences at your destination and reward you for immersing yourself in local life.
During course
- Help us personalise your experience by completing our online suggestion form.
- Set and review your academic goals with support from EP staff.
- Join ‘EPic Clubs’ such as speaking club, sports club, culture club and much more depending on your destination.
- Celebrate progress with EPic Rewards such as meals at local restaurants, EP merchandise, or free tickets to social and educational events.
- Collect EPic currency/tokens by immersing yourself in the city exploring attractions, playing sports, and engaging with local arts and culture, then exchange them for rewards.
- Get discounts on a variety of products and services at our neighbourhood friends.
- EPic Connections: Sign up to our ‘Pen Pal Programme’ to connect with other EP students studying in EP destinations across the world so you can practice your writing skills, learn about life in other cities and share your own unique experiences.
- Apply to be a Student Ambassador and receive an EP Ambassador t-shirt, certificate and a letter of recommendation, while becoming even more integrated into the EP community.
- Receive dedicated support from our Student Services team to help you settle in. Our door is always open.
- Win ‘Student of the Moment/Student Spotlight’ and be proudly displayed in our office with a class photo and teacher’s message and the chance of a LinkedIn feature.
- Celebrate your birthday with us and let us treat you with a card and gift.
- Express your creativity through EPic displays, where students and staff share and celebrate special moments.
- ‘Campus Swap!’ Diversify your school experience by switching EP centres during your program. If the new school costs more, pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, use the credit to extend or upgrade your tuition or apply it toward accommodation.
End of course
- Join our EPic graduation ceremony to celebrate your achievements with your new friends as well as receiving an EP certificate as recognition of your language development. You will also be invited to give a goodbye speech to your classmates and teachers.
- Have your EP picture taken to become a part of our wall of fame.
- Make your mark by leaving a message in our EPic Memories book.
- Reflect on your journey and create a future study goals plan to stay committed to your learning.

I must highlight the outstanding support they gave us with test bookings and preparation, such as the TIE test. I had some frustrating experiences with my last school negligence, but they helped me to overcome them.
