Arlett has a major in Communications, studies in education, and a masters degree in administration of educational organizations, she holds as well a COTE certificate. Her commitment and leadership has taken her to the coordination and direction of the schools she has worked at. Arlett has been immersed in the multicultural world of education and international standards for more than 20 years. She has traveled and worked in the UK, Paris, Italy, New York and Boston. Arlett has coached and trained diverse organizations in the journey of education and social-emotional matters. Arlett is a certified facilitator in Narrative4, an international organization that promotes empathy worldwide.
